Miley Cyrus And Her Wind-Swept Hair Cover The Sept Issue Of 'Marie Claire'
Miley Cyrus has been slowly growing up before our very eyes for some time now. The 19-year old formerly known as Hannah Montana has been charming us with her increasingly awesome style for years now, and these days it's evident that she's almost grown into a proper high-fashion lady. Case in point: Miley landed the cover of the September issue of Marie Claire (the "Big Fashion Issue" no less) and is looking absolutely incredible. With her side-swept beachy blonde 'do, her perfectly smokey eyes, and that gorgeous jewel-encrusted Christian Dior dress, she looks every bit the fashion-forward style icon she has grown into.
The recently engaged beauty opened up to the magazine about her engagement plans:
"I don't really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we've made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement,"
