I know it's probably boring for you to here me say over and over that Kelly Osbourne rules, but what can I do? Kelly Osbourne rules. This is further evidenced by her latest editorial foray, the cover of Fault Magazine, where the British beauty is looking downright fierce with some extreme black dagger nails, super feathery lashes, and some pretty, pretty baubles. It's an extreme close-up and she KILLED it. Fine, I will stop talking about how rad Kelly O is. FOR NOW.
