Not that this is even remotely surprising in the land of Nicki Minaj fashion happenings, but you should know that Ms. Minaj showed up to a press conference announcing the American Music Awards nominees in a hippie patchwork bra thing, a giant quilt fashioned into a skirt, and a belt that I think used to be one of the straps on my raver cousin's mini backpack in high school. She topped the whole thing off with a green fur coat (for modesty, I assume), blue ankle boots, and a fierce pout.

This is not a fascist dictatorship so I will not presume that everyone thinks as I do. Thus, without a hint of irony, I ask you: is this outfit hot, or not?
