The newly super svelte 19 year old entertainment powerhouse (who is rumored to be in talks about the coveted role of Carrie Bradshaw on the CW's new show based off Candace Bushnell's The Carrie Diaries) was spotted out in Los Angeles on Friday with a new choppy shoulder-length bob. The singer confirmed the haircut via Twitter , adding that she hacked off a total of 5 inches of her formerly cascading mane.
