Miley Cyrus definitely has a tough side. Not quite like Hell's Angels prison gang tough, but you know...tuff. The singer and actress was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on April 16 in a bad-a** (and totally Coachella appropriate) skull print romper by Betsey Johnson. She paired the black and white onesie with black combat boots and a tribal print shoulder bag which sounds weird but looks surprisingly good. Luckily she is savvy enough to know that a spiked dog collar and black lipstick might have been overkill, so she skipped those bits.
