So...like, maybe I missed something, but when did coats become dresses? Specifically blazers, which sort of literally make it "business on top, party on bottom." First Rihanna wore one out and about, then later Miley Cyrus stunned at the Billboard music awards wearing a white one with...well, not much else.  The latest in this string of fashion trail-blazers (get it?) is Blake Lively, who is featured on the cover of the July issue of Marie Claire wearing a bright-red tuxedo dress that while a bit more modest than both RiRi's and Miley's, is still no slouch in the sexiness department.
