Man I am SO  into Kelly Osbourne. I don't know if it's the adorable accent or the awesome hair colors or the fact that she's related to Ozzy friggin' Osbourne, but I have loved her since she was a punky looking teen on The Osbournes. It also might be her super creative and fun take on style, which she has impeccably developed over the years. She's one of the few celebs I was eagerly anticipating photos of from New York Fashion Week, because you know that girl is not going to show up anywhere in some boring little black dress. True to form, Kelly attended Lincoln Center on Sept 10 in an eye-catching color-blocked outfit made up of a yellow and orange top with a 60s mod collar and a hot pink pencil skirt (actually this might be a dress, I really have no idea). She accessorized the look with a houndstooth clutch, nude pumps, yellow-rimmed sunglasses, and the piece-de-restistance, her crazy architectual top knot. In short, Kelly, you rule.
