Hot Or Not? Ellie Goulding's Pink And Blonde 'Do

Just when I finally decided to join the cool kids and dip-dye my hair (I pride myself on being a 30 year old who is about 2 years late to every trend party) I see these photos of Ellie Goulding performing for Q102 in Pennsylvania on Sept 17 and just about want to eat my hat (or blue-tipped hair). The "Lights" songstress has added some pink to her trademark bleach blonde locks...and not to the ends. Her new 'do features pink bright pink at the crowd slowly fading to blonde, all upon her half-shaved style (which adorable almost matches that of her beau Skrillex), and I think it looks fresh, feminine, and awesome.
