Hot Or Not? Miley Cyrus Has A Modern Moschino Moment
I know people might disagree with me on this but I don't care. I WILL SING IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS. Miley Cyrus is killing it these days. The new bleach blonde cropped 'do, the envelope-pushing fashion game, I am loving all of it. That includes this kit she put together for the iheartradio music festival in Las Vegas on Sept 21. The recently engaged starlet paired a black sleeveless high-necked crop top with an awesome futuristic silver high-waisted below-the-knee pencil skirt, and iced the whole cake of the outfit with leopard pumps and a leopard and gold Moschino belt. There's just something so modern and cool about the whole look, that I sort of want to recreate the whole thing then time stamp it for August and pretend I invented the outfit and she stole my idea. Except that's crazy so I won't.
