Let me just say for the record that I don't really get Hayden Panettiere like, as an ENTITY, so the fact that I don't really get something she wore is no big surprise. The pint-sized actress and now apparently country music singer (still not sure if she IS one or just plays one on TV? Confused) showed up to the Country Music Awards on Nov 1 wearing this dress, which kind of looks like a very fancy kitchen smock. Or maybe an embellished apron? I have no idea. Help me.
