While this is certainly not the weirdest thing Katy Perry has ever worn (this is after all the girl with the latex cartoon dresses and the flame throwing cupcake bras) but still, this navy ensemble the pop singer donned for the UNICEF Snowflake Ball on Nov 27 is pretty out there in its own way. I mean, it seems tame enough at first, a beaded floor-length gown, but there's something about the matching sheer gauzy cape that a little bit vampire and a whole lot Liberace and it's just really not working for me. But what do I know, I've been wearing the same pair of leggings for the last three days and I'm pretty sure they have mustard on the thigh.
