So today I learned that the word "modesty" is actually a gendered word, and it made me want to cut someone. It also is probably going to color my review of this revealing outfit that Miley Cyrus wore to perform at Borgore's "Christmas Creampies" Concert at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on Dec. 8th. As it turns out, one of the definitions/connotations of "modesty" is "womanly propriety", so apparently the only people on this Earth who are expected to stick to some sort of archaic idea of "correctness of conduct" (most generally related to moral code and most specifically related to showing "too much" skin) are females. Basically it means that girls have to cover themselves up and men don't have to do anything except maybe judge whether or not we're worthy based on how much of our cleavage is displayed on any given day.

With that in mind, I give Miley's outfit here an A PLUS. Because even though the pants hit at a weird point in the waist and the crop-top thing is a bit ill-fitting and the silver chain harness is throwing me off and I honestly don't even really know what to say about those boots, GOOD FOR YOU MILEY for not letting anyone tell you can't wear whatever you want. Especially while performing and putting on a show.
