Hot Or Not? Dakota Fanning Is A Blue and Black Beauty

Now just the hold the friggin' phone everyone: when did Dakota Fanning become a full-blown woman? I feel like it was just yesterday she barely came up to my knee and was looking all ridiculous in adult-clothing twenty years too mature for her, and now here she is showing up at Sundance looking all beautiful and mature and age-appropriate in a navy sleeveless cropped mini sweater and an embellished black and blue mini skirt paired with black tights and black booties. Basically she looks so good I almost want to take back all of the mean things I've ever said about her sister Elle. Almost.
