Miley Cyrus is certainly no stranger to the tattoo gun. The bleach-blonde cutie already had no less than fifteen tattoos on her 20-year old body when she went to visit her pal Kat Von D on Feb 1 for some fresh ink in the form of two crossed arrows on the back of her arm, rounding it out to sixteen tattoos an counting for the young pop star. Miley tweeted an image of her new body art with the caption "ratta tat tat @thekatvond". Clever AND edgy, another reason why we love our little Miley.
