Miley Cyrus is the wind beneath my wings, and I don't just throw that term out lightly. I've already (creepily) expressed my strong desire to be best friends with her, as well as my admiration for her general DGAF-ness when it comes to all things in her life, including fashion. For example, the kit she rocked to the Pre-Grammy gala in Los Angeles honoring LA Reid on Feb 9. Miley just showed up for cocktails with the whole music industry in a dress that sort of looks like it could be a very fancy nightgown, with all sorts of side boob all over the place, plus a very plucky hairstyle. You know why? Because she's Miley, that's why.
