Kelly Osbourne has sure come a long way from her reality TV days, when she lit up our screens every week on MTV's The Osbournes, charming us with her wit and looking like a straight-up mall punk in baggy pants, suspenders, and a whole lot of eye make-up. These days Osbourne is a bonafide international celebrity and fashion icon, co-hosting Fashion Police on E! with Joan Rivers and sitting front row at fashion weeks around the world. The 28-year old has her look down to an art, high-fashion punk rock with an avant-garde edge, but one thing has remained consistent since her teenage years: love or hate her outfit, you'll never be bored by what she wears.
