Who Wore It Better? The Flouncy Party Frock: Daisy Lowe VS. Lily Collins

Although I rarely (read: pretty much never) wear them, I'm kind of a sucker for a good party frock. You know, the kind with a skirt made for swishing all around in and most likely no straps (straps are a downer, everyone knows that). So I was pretty excited to see that two of our favorite It Girls, Daisy Lowe and Lily Collins, both chose pretty party dresses for events this past week. Daisy wore a lacy white situation with a sweetheart bustier top and plenty of frills to a charity event, while Lily chose a deep green number with a super high neckline and big, poufy skirt.
