Who Wore It Better? Thigh-High Boots: Miley Cyrus VS. Pretty Woman
I may be going out on a limb here, but I would venture to say that my idea of daytime shopping outfit is a wee bit different than Miley Cyrus'. For example, whilst browsing stores in New York City on July 23, the newly engaged singer chose to wear a cropped see-through top, tight high-waisted Navajo print shorts and...thigh-high zip-up boots. Last time I went shopping, I wore black jeans, a pilly black oversized sweatshirts, and black Converse. So while Miley and I may not be style soul-mates, she and Vivian Ward (aka Julia Roberts' character in Pretty Woman) are definitely on more of the same sartorial page.
Who do you think rocked the thigh-high boot better though? Miley or Miss Vivian?
