Who Wore It Better? The NYFW Little Black Dress: Ashley Greene VS. Holland Roden
Look not to sound all omgfashionguize but fashion week is a time for drama and flair and awesomeness. It's a time for crazy hats and unexpected leather and whimsy. By this logic, it's not exactly the time for something as safe and standard (*cough cough* boring) as a little black dress. So I was a bit surprised to see that two of today's biggest "it girls" were wearing LBDs to the DKNY show on Sept 9. Both Holland Roden (of MTV fame) and Ashley Greene (who is a DKNY spokesperson even) wore pretty tame black mini dresses to the show. Holland chose a sheer black blouse tucked into a ruffled black skirt (in my brain this equals a dress, just go with it ok?) while Ashley opted for a sleek black mini with mesh detail.
