There's something very Clueless about a baby blue mini dress, and of course I mean that in the most highest praise sort of way. It has a bit of a good girl thing mixed with bit of a shoplifter feel (I myself am not even entirely sure what that means but bear with me). I get this same sort of vibe from both Allison Williams and Jessica Lowndes which is why I wasn't surprised to see them both wear different versions of the iconic 90s baby blue dress to the BAFTA Tea in Los Angeles on Sept 22. Allison chose a sleek, tight lace detail dress and paired it with classic nude pumps, while Jessica went for a more playful look in a collared frock with sheer detail and a pleated skirt.
