Who Wore It Better? The Floral Dress: Britney Spears VS. Demi Lovato
All hail the mighty fashion hallmark of the 90s that seems like it will never die: the floral dress. Transcending class and sub-cultures and taking on infinite shapes, the floral dress is perhaps the great style unifier. Like true art, it is subjective, and can be interpreted in many different ways by different people. In this case, the interpreters are Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, who both wore florals to the X-Factor viewing party in Los Angeles on Dec. 6th. Demi chose an abstract print pink and navy print with a drop-waist, demurely paired with black tights and a black leather jacket, while Britney took a more unique approach with a flower-printed leather bustier dress with bare legs and strappy maroon platform sandals.
