Who Wore It Better? The Midnight Blue Gown: Jennifer Lawrence VS. Nicole Kidman
Don't tell the color black, but I have pretty big thing for midnight blue. There's just something so dark and mysterious about it, the way the brings to mind a stormy, dangerous sea and the perils and thrills of throwing your fate in the hands of the ocean (or maybe that's just me and maybe I watch too many pirate-themed movies). Either way, both Jennifer Lawrence and Nicole Kidman were also clearly bewitched by the dark blue as they both chose dresses in the shade for the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan 27. Jennifer chose a gorgeous strapless satin gown with a tier and a slight train, while Nicole opted for a beauitfully embellished sheer lace dress paired with strappy black sandals.
