Carrie Underwood may be America's sweetheart (or one of them anyway), but there is nothing innocent about her shoe game. The 29-year old country cutie attended the CMT Awards in Nashville on June 6 wearing a sparkly mini-dress and some SERIOUS neck-breakers in the footwear department. On one hand, they are edgy and bold, but on the other hand, they are a weeeeeee bit chunky and clunky.
