I'm all about a creepy, weird set of nails. Glitter and sparkles and hearts and bows are cool and all, but I kind of want my nails to startle people. That's why this manicure, with all its 3-d eyeballs and fleshy lips, is right up my alley. But then again, I've never been accused of being normal.
