Yes, I realize that this is part of the dress, but don't you think you could replicate the look Anne Hathaway rocked at the Europe premiere of The Dark Knight Rises on July 18th with just a quick trip to the craft store and some hot glue? I know floral hair crowns are totally a thing that people younger and cooler than me wear, but I had yet to see the around-the-neck version. I guess it's a thing too?
