Would You Rock: A Blingy Jersey As A Dress?

I know Rihanna is an internationally acclaimed pop star with an unreal body and a sort of questionable moral compass, but that doesn't mean schmoes like you and I can't steal her killer stage style once in a while. Case in point: this blingy Jeremy Scott jersey the pop starlet wore as a dress at the iheartradio music festival in Las Vegas on Sept 21. She paired it with sneakers and a baseball cap, and the effect is so sporty and sexy (two things I love in fashion), I'm dying to try the look. However, since (despite my best efforts to change this) I am NOT Rihanna, I would probably add some tights and a pair of short black bike shorts to retain my modesty.
