I'll be honest: high-waisted printed pants scare me. Not the way clowns or Elle Fanning scare me, but in the way that the idea of putting them on and going out into the world give me that same feeling in the pit of my stomach that you get when you dream about going to school naked by accident. That being said, I'm still fascinated by them, because they look so cool on those people who can pull them off, and because ones like ginham guys by Nasty Gal would help me fulfill my secret fantasy of looking like a clean-scrubbed Midwestern farm girl (which will never happen but let me have my dreams).
